First pickup Imperial said we owed labeling money. The next day the quote changed to $150 and I was told We raised our prices. We asked it to be labeled and were given a quote of $45.

Central Transport has been there 5 times to pick it up. Our shipment has been sitting in Imperials warehouse for over 10 days. The company owners dont seem to care about public safety and should be investaged. When i am finally ready to leave, I have to drive aware of my surroundings because I can get hit by truckers coming my way. I asked for a little bit of shrink wrap because my freight was damaged by the forklift driver and they were charging me for the shrink wrap. The guys that check my freight, sometimes give attitude when i ask for pictures of damaged product and when they do take pictures, they fail to write it down on my invoice. I dont know his name but I always see him and he has an annoying voice and hes bald. I saw that forklift driver grab another mans behind and I could see the discomfort on the mans face. There is also a forklift driver yelling bad words aloud towards other employees. I usually tell the people by the table and they send me someone new.

When I finally make it inside to pick up my order, forklift drivers leave my orders in the front door without notifyng me and take off. After i make it to the back, i have to keep my eyes on the order that i am supposed to go in because the other truckers will cut in line because the security guard doesnt keep track. The people in the office are rude, they told one of my partners that he needed ROSETA STONE to improve his english. I was informed that they closed the EXIT to the warehouse so theres only one way.

On my way to the back yard, I have to keep my eyes open not to get hit by a truck because theres only one way to enter and exit to get to the back.

To start, security guard has an attitude problem on your way in to the company.
